Reply email for feedbacks

Not everyone knows that there is a feedback page, from which you can get in direct contact with the admins of FaDiesis, to deliver comments, criticisms, compliments, suggestions, requests ... whatever.

We receive requests with real questions ... but which could not be answered because the very kind users did not attach an email to which we could respond. We were very sorry, because we do not want the message to pass that we do not read the feedback. It's not true! We love your feedbacks, the more they are, the better it is!


To prevent this from happening again we have added a field for the email address to reply to in case of an answer is required. This is an optional field, so you can also choose not to write it, no problem.
