The song "Non insegnate ai bambini" ("Do not teach to the children") by the late Giorgio Gaber has the features of a sweet lullaby, with a slow and thoughtful time. However, the message is quite clear: "leave the growth of the children in peace, let them have their experiences and do not force your constructed convictions to them". An ode to the freedom to grow and to make mistakes.
The song was published in a posthumous album "Io non mi sento italiano" ("I do not feel Italian"). It had to be part of a theatrical show that Gaber was organizing with Luporini, but unfortunately this show will never be set up because of the sudden death of the Milanese author.
