Eye of the tiger
Survivor

If you have to prepare for a football match, for a boxing match, or simply to clean up the house, the ever-green "Eye of the tiger" by Survivor keeps being one of the best options to boost up your performance and make the difference!
This song has been part of the history of everyone has lived his adolescence between '80 and '90.
Why? Because while Sylvester Stallone was filming "Rocky III", he had to give up on including "Another one bites the dust" by Queen in its soundtrack, becuase of deny of license. So he hired the Survivor and told them to compose a song for his film...and they made this masterpiece of grit and determination. And in my humble opinion it went better this way: I cannot imagine that song in the film replaced by the one bye the Queen.
Worldwide success: the song hit the charts all over the world (on a rampage in Australia), and it got a Grammy Awards too in 1983 as "Best rock performance by a duo or a group".
The rock footprint is granted by a granitic rythm in the rif and refrains, with extremely defined bar movements, like a remark of a majestic gait of an extremely determined fighter (it emulates his decisive and consistent footsteps). Not by chance in the official video the group is seen walking resolutely on the sidewalk of a nightly american city.
